Kendall and B.J., as heads of the BMW Service Department, were so kind in taking care of a recent recall for my car; it was done expeditiously, and all concerned were courteous and professional. The excellent service Walker provides for its customers is one of the reasons I keep buying BMWs: the other, of course, is that I love driving them!
Joshua was extremely helpful and took the time to clearly explain the full breakdown of my vehicle service. He was practical, honest, and never pushy about the additional recommended services noted during my Service B check. I also appreciated that he let me see the issues under the hood myself, which made everything much easier to understand. This was my first visit to Walker, and I don’t mind making the hour long drive if it means receiving service like this. Thank you to the entire team.
