did not feel safe living here. Security did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed with how management handled my concerns. I also found some of the recent positive reviews difficult to reconcile with my own experience. If safety and responsive management are important to you, I would recommend researching the property carefully, visiting in person, and asking current residents about their experiences before signing a lease.

I lived in a W2C apartment last year and it was amazing! I was able to walk to class everyday and not have to worry about getting a parking spot on campus as well as it was downtown so I was able to walk just about anywhere which is always a plus! The staff at W2C are incredible and so helpful with everything, the maintenance team are always very quick to come out and fix any concerns or problems that you may have! Overall if you are looking for an affordable, walkable and reliable new home I would highly suggest W2C!!

This area is not safe. The apartment quality is bad. It is all run down and old. They have car breaks regularly. If you stay here expect to see homeless people tryna rob you.
