Everyone was rude. I walked in and the host was rude. The bartender was rude. Even the manager was rude and was like deal with it. I heard the bartenders talking about how they weren't the ones and they'll beat a chick. Everyone seems unhappy and not a sociable place. Alexandria gets worse every year.

I went to Walk-On’s after church today. When I was seated, there were crumbs on the seat, so I wiped them off myself. My waitress introduced herself but called me “boo.” I’m old enough to be her mother, and I personally found that a bit unprofessional. Simple manners like “ma’am” and “sir” always go a long way. As the visit continued, I ordered wings and a side salad, and the food was fine. Before leaving, I ordered beignets to go. After eating a few, I took my usual Sunday nap.
