I feel like with my information being exploited in the room that there's got to be a Hippa violation going on. Also, she can't be understood everything she said to me I didn't understand. Se was telling me to do things with my phone that can't be done like turn the brightness up and it was up all the way and when I told her that she rolled her eyes which I thought was very disrespectful, it was like she didn't want to help.
This place is awesome they are very professional friendly and knowledgeable thanks for the best experience I every had at an urgent care.

This is absolutely terrible! Very strange and hard to be personal with a room people. M.A. Karen was absolutely GREAT!
The VMA was horrible, impersonable, and HIPPA violations. Karen was wonderful.
