Walked in and walked out as soon as the woman from another country on a screen asked me to show her my ID and insurance information. Nope. Never going here again, CVS is right up the road and on my insurance. There are plenty of capable people right here in Cleveland and University Heights who could fulfill the reception role. Shame on this company
