Karen answered the phone in a friendly matter. Upon my arrival she physically helped me sign in, was very pleasant and personable. Went above and beyond to connect with me and make me feel comfortable. Dr Judy was thorough and caring even though she had to diagnose me with covid

0/10 Don’t recommend this urgent care. Displays a center closing time but close whenever they want. 1-3 hours prior & don’t bother calling customer service because they’re no help. when you are able to get in they’re rude & short and just rush you out. I’ve been coming to this location for years and never have I ever seen it this bad.
