I don’t normally leave reviews for dentists but this clinic has far exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I had a minor procedure done by Dr. Park earlier this year after getting benefits and he was compassionate and personable answering all my questions prior to the procedure. The procedure itself was smooth and painless. This was my first time at a dentist since the pandemic and I was quite nervous about finding a dentist that not only had the skill but also great customer service. I had my appointment on March 28 2024. I had thought I had chipped a tooth turned out u had just lost a piece of an old filling. The dentist dr.daniel park said he could a filling or a cap. He did the filling. I have been a patient there for some 30 plus has been my wife. When the nurse/assistant started prepping my tooth it was the worst experience I have ever had. I had no dental care until I was 16. I moved back to Kitchener in 1972, and have been a client of Dr. Midgley's clinic since then. He got me over the terror of being at a dental office, excellent staff, no problems. It is the 51st anniversary of our relationship as a fearful patient and a kind dentist who understood.
