Called this office to be seen for an ER consult the lady who answered the phone said that they don’t accept walk in. It sounds stupid when the name of the facility is walk in clinic, I called this office trying to be a new patient because based on the reviews said that they attend with out an appointments.

I called to see if they were taking new patients and they said no…even after telling them my husband is their patient! And it took two days for them to finally answer their phone, on weekdays! No stars here!
Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. I was a "walk-in". I expected a wait with several people ahead of me. The staff worked seamlessly and got me in and out in under an hour. Clearly shows how teamwork is effective. Thank you highly recommended!!
