Avoid this place at all costs. They advertise on their main sign “climate controlled unit units”. Not only do they have an infestation of mice, the unit we rented had a leak above in the roof. When I first brought it to their attention, I had noticed it had damaged a piece of furniture, but didn’t seem to have been damaged beyond that. I like it.. 24 hour access.. and you can always find a dolly.
I’ve been here for 6 years almost, and it has been great and convenient, up until recently…. This place is infested with mice! Now they’ve tried to get some trap boxes but these mice are still showing up, and no matter how many times I’ve told management about it, it continues to go on deaf ears…. On top of everything, they have the audacity to raise the rent of the units, while they have a whole infestation…..I’ve been told by staff to just go spend money and get my own traps… Now I don’t know about you, but that is NO WAY ... read more
