Great service! – I was very happy with my visit. The receptionist verified all of my benefits and even gave me a printout because I didn't have my insurance card (she was able to find me without making me call my insurance company and getting all of the info myself). The wait was literally like 10 minutes, during which they let me use their computer to check my emails, the the doctor was just really nice in general. My doctor for everything – the staff is totlly pleasant and super professional and the doctor himself just put me at ease the moment i stepped foot into his office. honestly what i appreciated the most was the bedside manner. i never felt rushed out of the office like in most overbooked officesand i was surprised because my friend told me it was a "clinic" but it's not the hour long wait you'd expect. the wait was pretty short actually and he spent time with me and i left the office happy (aside from my runny nose!).
