The Vet nurse and Vet ( sorry did get their names) were absolutely lovely with our Jack Russel -Baxter. They were so patient with his behaviours. A good outcome- thank you
I had an amazing experience here late on a Sunday night. The staff there, especially Taylor the vet, clearly care about what they are doing I was the last to be seen after what was a long and stressful night for the staff since they had helped a few previous owners say their final goodbyes to their pets. Even after all they had been through I was met with positive energy, empathy and reassurance. Can't recommend this vet enough.
Wow Harriet and Chloe were heaven sent! Our beloved family cat was at the end of her road, it was late in the evening and as a family, we were at a total loss...and these two angels at the Walk in Clinic cared for our cat, with a level of support for our family which was truly above and beyond the call of duty. Brought my Labrador in after he broke a nail pretty badly while out living his best life on the weekend. Only vet that I could get into on a public holiday weekend and after hours. Dr Tristan was extremely thorough, compassionate and got our boy all patched up. Pricing is extremely fair given the after hours walk in nature of the clinic, and Sam at the front counter was lovely. Thank you for seeing and looking after our handsome man 🙏🙏🙏
