Had a lovely experience seeing the ladies for an ongoing urinary issue my cat has been experiencing. I had walked in fully expecting to be turned away as it was quite late, noting this - the vet took the time to go through each of my questions in detail. Although a long term solution couldn’t be found - I was provided a specialist contact to go to, and sent home with medication for my girl in the mean time. The employees here are very lovely and will definitely provide excellent care and service.
The team were very knowledgeable and really provided exceptional care and sensitivity while seeing my furkid. Really impressed with the level of service and warmth and could not recommend them more highly!
Very knowledgeable staff who were wonderfully kind and thoughtful. They even followed up the day after and gave some great advice, which was very appreciated because I was stressed out of my brain.
Excellent service. Didn’t have to wait long. And reasonably priced…especially for a Sunday night. We’ll be back!
