One of the worst possible place you can go. The folks seated in the front to register a patient are one of the if not worst service providing individual that someone can expect. I would rather die than go here. We had a nightmare experience with this place. Even Lifelabs were like why are these people in this prefession when they don't know how to deal with patients. For anyone who needs a clinic should go to the hospital and wait for hours than visiting this place. Would have given negative stars if possible.
Saw the Dr. within a few mins , he was fast and polite .. the staff were very friendly. Would go back if I needed to! Thank you !
Very disappointing experience with this doctor. Apparently he comes once every 4 months. Couldn’t quite catch his name unfortunately. After being 30 minutes late,( we were the first patient for the day) he was loud, rude, and dismissive, repeatedly interrupting me while I tried to explain my children’s symptoms and making me feel judged. I recently visited the walk-in clinic at 7481 Oakwood Drive (inside the Walmart in Niagara Falls), and I am so impressed with the level of service there. It is truly a great team. The medical care I received from Dr. Luterman was excellent. He is thorough, professional, and attentive, which gives me great confidence in the quality of care provided at this clinic.
