I recently visited the clinic at Walmart and, while I understand that they can get fully booked ,the doctors are great no complains, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. The tone of voice used was unprofessional and came across as rude. I would suggest offering additional training in customer service to ensure patients feel respected and valued she don’t know how to deal with the patients and i just wanted to know that what is our purpose of booking appointments earlier if still we have to wait for hours? The staff were warm and professional. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality service and compassionate care. The nurse and doctor today is awesome
