Have been here a few times in the last year and a half/ excellent drs each time, thorough, concise, took time for questions (reviewed chart from previous visits even) efficient check in at the desk, great experience!
One of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor and ended up walking out of the clinic. An older female doctor had an attitude within the first minute she came into the room despite being friendly to her. I mentioned some eyedrops that had helped for an identical eye infection I frequently get, and she responded verbatim, “I’m surprised you were prescribed that because that doesn’t even work. Terrible experience. We went there on a Sunday (the only walk-in clinic that was opened) and the Doctor quickly “examined” our son, and without any clinic exam or confirmation about our son’s symptoms, she prescribed an antibiotic for him. During the week, we needed to go to the Hospital and the Doctor did the necessary exams and prescribed the right treatment, without antibiotics needed (he said that antibiotic was not the right treatment!
