Horrible experience with Jackie. She walked into the room and asked why I was in. When I let her know I was having lower right abdominal pain her immediate response was “well I don’t know what it is” and blankly stared at me. She didn’t even examine the area once. She was very dismissive and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Atlantis Clinic sees you without appointments. They provide a high level of medical care. Their staff here are super friendly and helpful in addition to being knowledgeable and professional. We (and others) use them as our primary care physicians.
Extremely rude and misinformation given between the clinic itself, the doctors information and duffernet information given from the PA's. Doctor is requiring the patients to come in every 3 months to get blood pressure medication renewed. I'm sure this is only so they can charge the insurance company. Never heard this from anyone else that is on blood pressure medicine. Protocol is a yearly visit unless it's not working.
I luv this place the staff’s amazing & the Np’s Pa’s & Md are even better.
