One of my favorite walk in clinics. The staff is great. The doctor here is very good and helped me. The PA Nicole is excellent and LOVE her and the other PA that works with the doctor on Mondays.
Was told to go to a real urgent care facility, which I guess means this isn't one?
Came her with a fractured finger and was sobbing in pain. The woman who helped me had absolutely no bedside manner and had almost zero empathy for me and the pain I was in. Every touch hurt and you could tell she was really frustrated that I was in so much pain. She made me feel like such an inconvenience for being injured. The best part was my bill was over $300 and I didn’t even get a proper splint because they didn’t have the materials to make one for me. I have been going to Atlantis Clinic for many many years for all my medical needs and preventative care. The nurses and medical staff there are very professional and have always demonstrated a sincere interest to treating me. Furthermore, Dr Howard Chipman is one of the best Drs I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He listens to concerns and forms a skillful treatment plan that actually works.
