I am so sad and hurt to write this review. I've been a customer for over 25 years using the same aids to move independently throughout the day. I contacted the support chat for assistance on how to make a purchase, if insurance was accepted - especially during our time of need when resources are limited. Just placed my first walk easy order Very excited for a stylish crutch !
Two years ago I began using crutches and my first pair were walk easys. They gave me what I've always wanted: balance! I love that they are light and come in youth size. The best part are the colors!!!
Love my new "Ninja Sticks!" I purchased the 471's and I love them. Light weight and stylish...just might have to buy a few more pairs to match my outfits! :)
I love model 495. Was supplied this model with no request for it in 2016. Crutch overboard led to the need for a new pair in 2018. Would you believe, I could not get them to supply this same model. I rejected what they send me, searched high and low for them to get model 495 for me and they couldn't. I am now hoping to get reimbursed because I refused to accept a non-walk easy forearm crutch.
