The installer complained the whole time he was installing the floors , they were late every day, the quarter molding didn’t match, the installers came back took up the molding and put down a different type but no one told the people that they was responsible for matching the molding .. The installer’s helper was sick the first day installation was to begin. Mr. ****** was contacted that they would begin the following day. The installers did begin installation the following day and was told they would be there in the morning and never a specific time due to loading materials the morning of. The incorrect quarter round was put down by mistake but was corrected prior to the job being completed.
