The staff is wonderful and caring. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The level of care I received was superior and our baby girl was born this past week!
Dr. Walid Saleh and his staff are amazing! This was my husband and I's first time undergoing IVF, and he was very compassionate. He goes above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone undergoing fertility treatment. I don't regret my decision at all even though it meant driving more than 3 hours for each doctor visit. It was definitely worth it because we are now pregnant! Thank you!
The office has a tech who is rude sometime but I think she no longer works there. The rest of the staff are great. I was able to spend less than one hour for most of my appointments. Dr. Saleh is very professional, efficient and I like the fact that he practices cost efficient treatment.
Dr. Saleh has a gift. He makes what can be a very complex, frustrating time into a manageable and positive experience. He translates the science of what's happening into a simple language, which makes decision making stress free. His staff is there evrey step of the way to answer questions and reassure. I'd like to specifically acknolwedge Lisa and Karen for being so patient and genuine throughout the process. We had a positive result and will forever be grateful to Team Saleh for helping us create a family.
Dr. Saleh and the entire staff made a difficult process much more pleasant and I am so glad that my husband and I decided to travel from Little Rock to Dallas to receive the best fertility treatment we could have hoped for. I will recommend them for anyone seeking fertility treatment even if it means travel. We were very pleased at the treatment and care we received at SIRM. Dr. Saleh was very helpful and knowledgeable in his field and we got pregnant with twins on first try. We listened to every treatment he gave us and followed them as we were instructed. The nurses were good we never waited more than 5 minutes in the office. We were very pleased with the whole IVF SIRM process.
I was thrilled with the care and attention I received from both Dr. Selah and his staff. He is incredibly knowledgable, especially in the case of high FSH and poor responders to stims. We had to drive three hours to and from his clinic....and it WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT! After trying other REs I was shocked at how wonderful his staff was.. for me they are truly what makes the difference. Dr. Saleh doesn’t waste your time or money he gets the job done and is very professional about it. Had a previous experience with another fertility clinic and after 3 years of tons of money and no babies I was blessed to find Dr. Saleh. Ending outcome is a happy mother and father of 2 beautiful twins!
