Dr. Walia has been the best pain management doctor my mother has ever had. Since I am her caregiver, I always look for doctors who have a genuine and caring bedside manner for the elderly and my 89 year old mother. He makes things so easy and comfortable for both of us and I am so glad we were referred to him. Greeted with smiles from Dr. and his staff. Dr. carefully, listened to my situation and a plan was agreed.
He was the best he listened to me and well mannered his staff was the same I give 5 stars I like a little humor he doesn't over do it he makes you more relaxed when you talk to him in my book he is tops
Dr. Walia is excellent. He is competent and very skilled at surgery. I have had 2 Neurostimulator surgeries by him and have had excellent outcomes both times.
fOLLOW UP
I have been with Dr. Walia a long time for my pain disease called CRPS. He is very knowledgeable in this disease. He has made a lifelong pain disease a bit easier to deal with. If you are on the fence about seeing him, just go ahead and jump the fence and give him a shot. He is the most caring doctor I have ever met. He really cares about his patients pain and getting them to a place where they are comfortable to live life! You won't regret seeing him!!
He's a condescending joke. Not sure what criteria he used to make his assumption of me as a drug seeker because, as my 44 year medical history shows, I am not & have never been addicted to any type of man-made poison. I was, however, never treated like a patient by him, only a drug seeker. He didn't listen. He did absolutely nothing for me. I suppose he thought I made up the MRI results which show the damage to my neck, but then, he acted like he didn't even know I'd had one. I was seen by Dr. Walia within five minutes of walking through the office door. He was quite friendly and listened to my problems. His skill for listening was obvious in his decision making to help me. I am very pleased with his demeanor, kindness and thorough plan to lessen my pain. His office staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
He had absolutely no bedside manner, he was demeaning and stuck up. He determined by my age that he couldn’t help with out ever knowing the conditions. Basically told me that i was 30 and there was no way I needed the help he gave. he also told me to go find a pill pusher instead of him..
