Says walk in on their sign yet they have no walk ins. Little paper says no walk ins. Change your sign. Waste of time and office lady was rather abrupt. Was planning on going there for physio as well. Just lost my business for that too
I had booked and appointment, Arrived on time to find out the doctor no longer works at the location and is at another location. No info was shared when booking the appointment 1 hour prior.
When I called they to boo an appointment they asked me to come in as it was walk-in and they asked me to be there in 10 min. After I walked in like like in 10 min they said sorry the doc left.
Excellent customer service.Very polite and patient, besides being competent
