Today around 4pm, my doctor across the street from this pharmacy prescribed me a simple medication to be picked up at this pharmacy and when I arrived 10 minutes later to present my ID and insurance card. The tall guy (looks Armenian) doesnt greet nor smile, looked at me and held on to my ID and insurance card for almost 10 minutes only to come back to tell me that they had a glitch in their computer system and my prescription has been sent to their resolution center to resolve before I could pickup my prescription.
