Sitting in this drive-thru for 20 minutes not moving hello? Found out it was an angry older woman who refused to leave the drive-thru. They should have called the police. She was holding the drive-thru hostage. She really did need medical attention.
If you value your time I suggest you avoid this pharmacy. 40 minutes waiting in line to pick up 2 scripts. Scripts never ready when they say they will be. Attitude is the only thing you'll get in a timely & efficient manner (and guaranteed to be in stock)... Staff your stores better. I am forced to use Walgreens for my scripts due to my insurance, otherwise I would be going elsewhere. This pharmacy is truly my last choice. The staff, except for the pharmacist, are incompetent and when on the phone don’t listen, they’re rude, and they keep you on hold forever. This is only my second time using this location because it’s the closest to my house, but my first experience was already bad. The pharmacist was extremely rude, which led me to transfer all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
