This is the deal.... The staff themselves are extremely great people. It isn't the staff that is the issue, it comes from corporate!!! Walgreens pays their pharmacy techs an extremely poor salary. The benefits are horrible, and they limit their hours. This particular location used to be amazing. They had the same staff members for years. Now, they have new employees every couple of months minus a couple of them. Instead of hiring the staff they need to operate the pharmacy, they just close for the day. Pretty bad pharmacy, on the phone for an hour just to get there still on the phone to find the gate closed early. Don't transfer your prescriptions here it will not be more convenient.
Im writing this review because I had such excellent customer service from the pharmacy associate Noor today. She was very friendly, kind and really went above and beyond to help me out..what a fantastic employee!
