An absolutely horrible pharmacy. I had my doctor send in a prescription one week ago, on the same day, I went to pick it up— I changed my insurance, so they tell me they have to run it again and to come by for pickup just before they close. So I come back: they didn’t actually have any in stock, but they tell me that they’ll order it to arrive ASAP. Now it’s the weekend, the pharmacy is closed. Monday, I drive there and wait before being told that no one actually ordered it, and they’d do it right away. I leave and come back... read more
This pharmacy never has my medications in stock, or prepared by the time I need them. Instead of helping me find a location who had better stock of my prescriptions, the pharmacist advised I get on a different medication. I’d like to go back and ask her why she thought that was appropriate to suggest. I did take her advice and spent several months in a depressive state due to the new medications I was trying out to replace one that worked perfect for me. This is the worst Walgreens well second worst one in the state of Colorado the first worst is the one on 88th by water world. But this one takes number two for sure . There’s nothing good about it the pharmacy alone makes sure of that !
Very inconsistent pharmacy. Seems their "pharmacists" just decide not to work some days. Appointments made with them are a joke!
This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst that I have ever dealt with! They don't call about your prescription's or give wrong information. And then when you do go in they are not very nice. I have been on hold with them for over 4 hours total today and have still not talked to a person. (2 hours the first time and almost 2 hours the second time... still on hold as I write this) I think they just leave you on hold until you hang up.
