Every single time I call I am put on hold for over 30 min. Only for them to bouce me around to phones no one answers. When they do, miraculously we become disconnected. If I go in person, it's the same thing, hurry up and wait. If I wasn't handling business for my mother I would switch. In fact I am researching other options for my mother's medication. Not happy at all.
I came and waited 25 mins before being serviced, then told the pharmacist took a 15 min break and I cant get my meds until they come back. Also, everytime I come i wait at least 15 mins so yeah just go elsewhere
