We were visiting from out of town with my 14 month old granddaughter who got an ear infection, ruptured ear drum, and was in a lot of pain. Turns out the emergency clinic called the prescription in to the wrong Walgreens, so when we went to this location (where we had asked for it to be sent) it was not in the system. We had received confirmation and then we figured out it was instead at a location near the Drs office. The pharmacy tech was named Seth. Went to pick up my meds. Spent about 35 minutes in the drive-through. Got to the window. Got told my medication was out of stock for the moment by a nice lady in a cast when I went in, and would return the next day. Go in next day and an extremely rude kid behind the counter calls me over then picks up a phone call (perfectly understandable, can be busy). Prescription delivery was delayed by a day, but delivered to my front door. Pretty cool.
