Sad. Very sad. My wife waited on hold for 2 hours. Pathetic 😔
Generally understaffed. Long wait times. Sometimes I’ll go to pick up medication I need and they will be closed due to staffing shortages. Had a good experience getting my flu shot last year. She was awesome and walked me through everything.
Manager was very knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful. Really cares about helping you save money and get the right care
I had an appointment scheduled, but I still had to wait about an hour before being seen. The overall process felt disorganized. The person administering the shot seemed very inexperienced, and the injection was done extremely roughly. I have never had a shot administered like that in my life. Absolutely do not go to this location.
They spend more time sitting there putting you on hold after the system tries to transfer your call to them every 5mins. Then actually answering you and helping. Absolutely ridiculous
