I called today to try and get them to submit a claim to my insurance since they could not see it , they told me birth control would be $70 , my insurance said no, I tried to reach out to them to see why they are charging me this amount and was on hold for 45min then the hold music stopped and it ranged and no answer. Ridiculous

Tried having a Rx transfered here, that was a nightmare full of little to no communication. Then they didn't have it so sent it back my preferred pharmacy except they told insurance that they charged me for it when they I'm fact did not. My preferred pharmacy is a saint and tried several times to get ahold of them until he was finally put on hold for 15-20 minutes and then when someone answered they berated him. Excuse me. They never answer the phone so you always have to go in person to get things figured out. What could’ve easily been handled over the phone takes me a ten minute drive plus waiting in line to talk with them for less than a minute.

Terrible customer service and an incredibly rude staff. I spent several days trying to reach the pharmacy about a prescription refill, but no one ever answered the phone. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told my prescription would be ready by the end of the day. After making the trip to the pharmacy, I was informed it hadn’t been filled and wouldn’t be available for another four days. The pharmacist was especially unprofessional. Avoid this pharmacy if you can. The staff is extremely unprofessional. They never answer the phone no matter how long you stay on hold. I’ve called 5 times and each time they pick up the phone, I heard them making small talk amongst themselves and then put me back on a hold pattern. They weren’t speaking with customers but making jokes with each other. Absolute worst pharmacy in salt lake.
