Called the pharmacy an hour before close to make sure they had a medication in stock before sending in a prescription for a patient in pain. Pharmacist said hopefully the patient gets here soon because we close at 9:00. Sent it in electronically and told the patient to head over. 15 minutes later, I get a call from the patient at the pharmacy and the pharmacist said they got the prescription but they will not fill it tonight. They could’ve told me before I sent it as I can no longer transfer the prescription.
Pharmacy so slow
Wife went to urgent care and they sent here prescription here. We went straight there since we never used Walgreens to make sure everything was good to go. The rude lady at the counter just wanted name and phone number. All we got was you’ll receive a text when it’s ready. Four hours later, wife gets a text about needing insurance information to fill prescription.
