Wife went to urgent care and they sent here prescription here. We went straight there since we never used Walgreens to make sure everything was good to go. The rude lady at the counter just wanted name and phone number. All we got was you’ll receive a text when it’s ready. Four hours later, wife gets a text about needing insurance information to fill prescription. Called about a prescription and got hung up on before I talked to a person. Now I call back and am 3rd in line. They are horrible with customer service and time management.

Wow, looks like im not the only one who's felt this pharmacy service has gone down immensely since Rite Aid closed & their customers moved to Walgreens. Today's encounter with one of their pharmacists over the phone was the last straw for me, after being with them for the past 15 years. Medications been backed up even after auto refill that I've had FOREVER, their text notifications have suddenly tankered as well.
