Extremely disappointed with my experience at Walgreens Pharmacy. After waiting in the drive-thru line for approximately 20 minutes, I was told my prescription was being filled and was instructed to drive around and pull into Lane 2. I informed the employee that Lane 2 had cones blocking it, but he assured me it was okay and told me to go around them. After sitting in Lane 2 for several minutes, another employee came on the speaker and informed me that Lane 2 was out of order—which is why it was blocked by cones. When I asked... read more
