The person I spoke to today was so rude. I have a daily medication that has been delayed for weeks now. And they keep telling me it’s ordered it’ll be here tomorrow… today she told me she doesn’t know when it will be here. I also have some other prescriptions ready for pick up and have waited to pick them up for this 1 medication that is supposed to “be here tomorrow “ and they are now telling me those medicines will be put pack if I don’t come get them, but they have been closed for every other day due to not having enough ... read more
Constantly closes during regular business hours or just doesn't open. Staff has always been nice and cordial, but the pharmacy is unreliable. Changing to a different pharmacy.
I do not leave many reviews, but this pharmacy is an absolute JOKE. They operate on their own hours- not the ones posted online or at any of the other stores nationally. I purposefully wait several days after calling in prescriptions (learned from miserable experiences) and they still tell me they aren't ready every time and to come back next day. SUPRISE- they aren't ready the next day either. This round, I paid for overnight shipping. It has now been 6 days and the pharmacy told me they still have it and haven't shipped it... read more
Horrible experience! Spoke with the pharmacist 2 times in the span of an hour to confirm that my prescription was ready, she told me yes! Showed up and they told me that it has never been delivered and they had no idea when it would be in!
