Usually, when I go there, I don’t have a problem. The weight is not too bad but it’s a pharmacy. What can you say? You’re gonna have to wait every now and then
A male employee verified my order at the drive through. Said he would get my Rx. Five minutes goes by and apparently a trainee comes to the window to assist. Where is the first employee? Trainee has NO idea what she is doing and her trainer wasn't with her. An extra 10 minutes in line while we wait for her to learn how to do it. Trainees should learn at the store counter, not drive through. No reason it took so long. If you start an order you finish it. Extremely poor customer service.
