Scheduled an appointment for 9:40am at 8:30am. Walked to the location and was told they wouldn't be able to test me because they were closing early. Recommended I schedule at another location which had another hour long wait and was unreachable without a car. And the best part is I just check and you can still schedule an appointment that they won't do today. Terrible customer experience and I have not received a single communication throughout this.
