Final update: back to 1 star. After waiting an hour and a half, the technician managed to delete the prescription and now I have to come back tomorrow and probably wait again. Update: I had no issues at all this time, different technician. Only 3 stars because the last visit (below) was infuriating. Incompetent. Running a pharmacy is your one job. Each mistake of yours that you try to fix should not require an additional 15min. Was there an hour because of your lack of preparedness and ability to do your job.
