The beautiful lady you have working at the cosmetic counter is always wonderful. When I come in to Council Bluffs , that is the walgreens that I prefer to go to , because she is so friendly and willing to help. Walgreens USED to be a very good pharmacy, but the recent changes in the past few years have dropped their rating from a 5 to a 1 in my book. They are CONSTANTLY OUT of medications and IT TAKES UP TO 40-50 MINUTES JUST TO GO THRU THEIR DRIVE-THRU!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! AND IT HAPPENS TIME AND TIME AGAIN!! And so I'm having ALL my Rx's now sent to HY-VEE. GOOD RIDDANCE WALGREENS!!!
