Called the pharmacy because I have a medication the doctor told me I needed to start today. I called to check if they had it they said no, when I asked what other pharmacy nearby had it she said I had to call and figure it out. I told her if she could check the Walgreens system to tell me which other nearby had it and put me on hold. Putting me behind someone else. Extremely unprofessional I understand pharmacies can be busy but as a Lead Pharmacy Tech if you had me on the phone I told you to check for both of my medications... read more

I did a refill request online 5 days ago and still don't have it because they had to "order it". There have been instances of being on hold for 10+ minutes and then hung up on over the last 8 years. Sadly if you have Florida Blue you must use Walgreens and no other. I'm kinda stuck with them

This is the worst pharmacy ever. The prescriptions are never ready, they tell you to come back in 2 hours and still not ready after waiting a minimum of 30 minutes in line. The staff is just rude and unprofessional. Every time I try to use this pharmacy it keeps getting worse.

I would give it 0 if I could lol. The worst! I literally got on the phone with them. What a miracle, and the lady on the phone asked me what I was calling for I then proceeded to tell her and she put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. I have called 9 times since and still no answer and each time someone does I get “can you hold please” not a coincidence that they go on lunch in 30 mins lol.
