The pharmacists and the hourly associates are rude and seem incapable of separating personal life from their occasional duties to Walgreens' loyal customers. The wait time was unnecessarily long and customer service was likened to Comcast's.
Do not use this pharmacy. There is a pretend pharmacist there. She does not know what cold medicine is for. Has no idea. Refused to sell cold medicine for a runny nose. She said it was against the law. Go to CVS
I had just come from the dentist, and was in a lot of pain. The service was fast, and friendly. I really appreciated that!
Every single time I use the drive thru, I'm there 20-30 minutes. I don't know whether to blame it on staff or customers, but how long can it really take to grab the script and toss it in the thingy? Even just to drop off the script paper, I'm there for an absurd amount of time.
After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. I pull in the parking lot and waited the 30 minutes, and went back to the drive-thru to wait another 20 minutes. The woman then told me it would be another 30 minutes to get the antibiotic for my daughter! I have used walgreens for years, but never again!
