My family and I have been having prescriptions filled there for the last 12 yrs with no issues but tonight all of a sudden no one in the pharmacy knows how to bill my insurance for a prescription and expect me to pay the full price for medication. But never had a problem until tonight so what changed. Lazy pharmacy people who don't know or don't care enough to look in there computer system. I am done, CVS here I come!!!!!
This is the worst pharmacy ever!!! Prescription was called in 5 hours ago and I've been here waiting over 45 minutes waiting in line! I love wasting my time!
Great store and great people. But who in upper management decided customers need to be told to Be Well? Silly and adolescent.
Service is always slow. There system is either down or "just coming back up". Drive through is worse. Strongly recommend taking your business somewhere other then Walgreens in Cleburne TX! TO MAKE A COMPLAINT CALL 972 822 2600 District manager cause store manager won't do a dam thing.
