They don't help when your doctor sends your prescription over they won't fill it even thought it's faxed through from the doctor.

I have tried for 12 days to get my Premarin tablets filled which was out of stock as of last Saturday multi calls this week , holding on for 15-30 minutes (4 calls this week) finally went today picked up and get home wrong meds gave me cream not tablets. This was my 5th call today to be able to tell me they could give me 5 days worth that they still had limited supply they didnt once apologize for their error. Do NOT go here unless it’s after hrs for ANY OTHER pharmacy. Prescriptions called in at 10:30am; go by at 6pm and wait in line for 37 mins only to be told a Z-pack wasn’t filled and would be 30 mins. Came back at 9pm and told it still wasn’t filled. Absolutely ridiculous.
They are slower than the seven year itch through the drive-thru.
I really like Walgreens BUt, after calling the Pharmacy, I subsequently received a call requesting that I take a survey about the service I had received during the call. I would have been glad to take the survey and would have given them a good report, BUT, they asked me to "Press #1 to continue in English." Evidently they thought we were in Lithuania, New Guinea or China. I refuse to talk to any that says "Press ? for English!"
I went to the drive through with a box and I waited more than 20 minutes for them to tell me that they could not send liquid through the box. I had to go either inside or at the window. I chose to go inside where I waited another 20 minutes. Is there a sign outside explaining this? I don't remember seeing it. If there is not a sign explaining this, there should be! Staff was unconcerned.
