When online clearly states you can pick up your online photo order via drive thru window (limiting exposure) and the customer service gives you a hard time and says no we don’t do that. Online says otherwise, and yes can do at the specific location. Waited 20 minutes for my pictures. If I knew it was going to be such a hassle I would have gone inside. I have used this pharmacy since the day you opened as of today when I was treated so rudely by a new guy working there, I pulled all of the children's meds and moved to Hannaford's you might want to have a training on how to treat customers the guy was extremely rude after I stood waiting 20 mins
The pharmacy takes forever. I was told 15-20 minutes and went back 20 minutes later and was told it would be 10 more minutes. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting but that was a bit redic
Lobe choosing pics and picking them up the same day from home
the check out line at the w. lebanon store is ALWAYS backed up...go in there to buy a couple items....spend 20 minutes in line to check out...usually a slow , older clerk, or something else,...usually the clerk. There are 2 other registers there, but only will be open when the line get`s really backed up. I dread going in there, because I know I will spend most of my time in line!!!! Get the people in and out in good time people...what is the problem, not everyone has that much time to waste standing in line!!!!
