It took too long too get my prescriptions that were called in earlier. Not enough help.
I am not sure what the problem is in the pharmacy but you wait if you go in and you wait if you go through the drive through. You can never get anyone to answer the phone. Just transferred to CVS and I'll hope for a better experience.
I really enjoy the kindness from the staff, always friendly and smiling. I had a wonderful experience
Very disappointed with the significant decline in level of customer service with the pharmacy. I switched to Walgreens several years ago & was ecstatic with how efficient they were; I can no longer say that. There is no excuse for sitting in line at the drive thru for over 30 minutes & then getting to the window and no one acknowledging you for well over 5 minutes. I sure do miss the old staff. They wouldn't let you be on hold for 20 minutes or be in the drive thru for 30 minutes or take over 3 hours to fill your prescription. It's always the same ole same ole with the new staff....."we are short staffed", "this tech didn't come in", blah, blah, blah. Been hearing that for months now!
I absolutely hate walgreens now! I've been with them for years and years. Their wait time is awful now. To sit there and wait an hour just to pick an already filled prescription is ridiculous! And then go up there to pick a prescription up for them to say they can't find it or they put it back. Like seriously, get your crap together!
