Horrible service, will never shop at again.
It shouldn’t take me multiple days to get my child’s antibiotics after I have already waited 40+ minuets in line for them to tell multiple others “well this wasn’t called in” or “it’s not showing up in our system”. Clearly they have bitten off more than they can chew and are desperately overwhelmed. #sendhelp
The drive thru pharmacy is for pick up but cars have been sitting at the widow for the last 20 minutes same car please have them drive around as you fill the Rx. So the ones would are picking up already filled orders can get thru. I've been in line for the last 35 minutes this is crazy my rx will go to another store next time.
I have been calling all day and the only thing I get is someone picking up then they hang up..... pharmacy sucks in this place. Customer service is a must needed.
I think Walgreens needs to do an overhaul. In the last 5 days they have tried to give me my two CONTROLLED substances twice because the first time the rang up someone else's prescriptions! Made me wait about 45 mins while they straightened out their mistake. Then they are arguing with me that my dr gave me two written prescriptions for the same medicines a month ago, that she is "looking at it." Wait time sucks over four hours to fill my friends medicine then she gets there and had to wait even more time!!!!!!!!!!
Walgreens needs to properly staff the pharmacy. There's not enough girls working back there. Our insurance has a contract with Walgreens and we can only use Walgreens. I'm trying so I get off all medications just so I don't have to deal with going every month.
