All the ppl at the pharmacy are nice, except this one girl. She seems to have a personal problem with me she has always been extremely rude to me. I'm thinking it's bc of one of my medications I'm on that, I guess, makes her think she knows wat type of person I am... Or used to be... So she looks down on me. It ended last time bc next time I'm speaking to the manager. She actually asked me.. Loudly.. How many do u want this time?... Not how can I help you or welcome to Walgreens..
This place is gone down hill I'll be moving my prescriptions
Seems like every time I go the people that work the pharmacy are rude with the exception of one. And having to wait over 4 hours on my daughters eye drops for pink eye is ridiculous. I will definitely be switching pharmacy's.
Mt. Juliet Walgreens has been trying for over 4 hours to get the 24 hour Walgreens in Lebanon to answer the phone to get my prescription switched here to Mt. Juliet.This is crazy!!!I am very sick and need my medication.Please do whatever to correct this issue
