The people in the pharmacy need to get it together. I had my prescription transferred on Tuesday. I continued to call every day only to be told that they were still working on the prescription. Called on Friday and was told that the prescription hadn’t been filled bc of a large copay. For one, who are they to decide what is and what isn’t a high copay for me? That’s my decision not theirs. They are awful and slow! As soon as I get a new insurance card my whole family will take our business else where!
Waited 3 hours to come and get my scripts and then waited in line 45 min just to be told I had to leave and come back in an hour. When I returned an hour later they still weren't finished. Today I've waited 30 min and counting. Switching pharmacies!! Worst ever.
I waited 2 1/2 hours for my RX. WAY too long. I saw people come in hand them a RX and leave. This is not the first time, but it is the last!
Walked in and had my prescriptions filled in 5 minutes.
I have no problem with the staff. However, these lines........ I have no desire to be mean, but this drive thru has to be figured out. The wait is always too long. It's not convenient if you have to wait 20 mins or longer to get thru the line.
