been waiting 25 minutes for pharmacy dept nobody picks up and all it says is that theres one caller ahead of me ...horrible
Your pharmacy service sucks..slow slow slow. Stop wasting your customers time and making them wait. Staff is rude.
Pharmacy dept lost my sons scripts. After waiting for close to two hrs.
Once again walgreens in Selden has understaffed their pharmacy and could not fill my prescription for four hours and the best part is having the clerk laugh in my face when I complained walgreens sucks
This has got to be hands down the Worst store! You can't get thru on the phone there always having problems! Am on maintenance meds I was told by the snot on the phone in pharmacy "what do you think your meds fill themselves" are you kidding me!! Why are you there!?? I'm finding a new pharmacy my insurance co and I pay way too much to be abused by some punk...

Pharmacy staff is nice but I really don't need to be told that my prescription is being held up because it needs to be verified by the Pharmacy manager and to quote, "He'll verify it when he gets out of the bathroom". I don't need to know he's in the bathroom. That's disgusting and unprofessional.
Well since this was my third time going to pick up my sons medicine and now they tell me it's out of stock to come back tomorrow after 12:00.....you would think one of pharmacy staff would of had the common sense to pick up the phone and tell me this . One simple phone call would of solved the problem from the beginning! Every time I am at the pharmacy there is someone complaining about their mistakes! Live and learn I guess CVS is where I will be going from now on. One star is too many for this store!
