always have a problem with the pharmacy never fill the prescriptions always a long wait slow staff!
Every time I come here there is always an issue with my medication. Most of the staff is rude and truly do not care if you get your medicine or not. I understand they get very busy but when you call in the beginning of the week for a medication refill and come to pick it up at the end of the week and it’s still not ready, after you called several times and got several text messages saying it was ready, only to get here and find out that half the refills are done. This pharmacy is a joke!!
Every single time i go to the pharmacy the wait is absolutely ridiculous...drive thru or walking in! Done with this place 😡
This specific location is by far the worst. Wait times are out of this world EVERY single time I am here. Over an hour wait minimum to get rx whether drive through or in store. Lines are always wrapped around back of store. 7 car minimum on drive through. I timed the cars- 25 minutes a car. Unreal. Anytime I walk in, customers are complaining and asking to speak to manager and nothing is ever resolved. All she says is she is so short staffed but I am not sure how you are shortstaffed that often
They are the worst. They have the slowest drive thru and always out of stock of the medication that I need
Of course this store does tremendous volume because of the proximity to PM Pediatrics... the first night I went at 1030 and forgot my insurance card... my 3 year old was beyond tired and having a melt down. Yes, they were slow, but they went out of their way to console my daughter and discounted the prescription 50%. Today I went back with the insurance card for a refund... right before nap time and my daughter was having another melt down.
