Today I went Walgreens to have a prescription filled. I hadn't been in a very long time and I really didn't want to have to get out in the cold and go in, so hey let's go to Walgreens drive thru. Big mistake! The service itself was great. The employees were very nice. However, there needs to be a sign posted that says "Drop Off and Pick Up ONLY. Please do not wait at window or in line for prescription to be filled." While waiting, I remembered why it had been so long since I'd been.

Have always loved Walgreen's but today I was there before 8:00 so that I could pick up my daughter's RX and get back to school before school started. No one arrived to open the store until after 8 am. They open at 8. Then it was 8:16 before I was able to get the prescription and head out. As someone who has worked in a service industry 15 + years, this is really unacceptable. New policies and procedures need to be put in place to make certain it doesn't happen again.
