I had a prescription sent to Walgreens and was informed it would be available the next business day. I called at 3pm the next day after not hearing anything, only to be told they won't be getting it in at all. They didn't even act like they planned on calling me to tell me they wouldn't be filling my prescription. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This is actually about the cosmetics department. I don’t live in Cadillac anymore but would like to give a shout out to one of the women (I don’t know her name) kinda tall, light brown hair, she always gave me excellent customer service which is very rare these days. I’d like to tell her thank you for doing such a great job helping me find what I need and finding the best deals!
Walgreens's is a very clean place and very helpful. Don't have problems getting my family and my scripts. And since the New Year they explain why we had copays. It all has to do with the insurance. There very friendly staff
Walgreen is getting worse with service and they don't carry serton pills like other pharmacy's do and I don't like that & the cost of the scrips went up as well. Not happy
this walgreens sucks! go to anywhere else your meds will be allot cheaper and you get better customer service!
