I’ve been going to this Walgreens for awhile now and the service is generally good. The last three times or so has been a nightmare. I’ve been having a lot of trouble with the digital coupons coming off especially the percent ones which end up stressing me and the cashier out. I know the lady was irritated but she handled it ok. I went in yesterday and I was looking at makeup and your employee, Sandy, was amazing! She helped me pick out some skin care products and other items and I was really impressed with her knowledge of all the different types and she even explained to me how the points worked on the rewards card. Excellent customer service!
The older man that is at the main cash register has got to be one of the rudest people I've dealt with since moving to Stillwater
This Walgreens has gone downhill since I first moved here 4 years ago. They now close at 6:00 and they have things marked at a certain price and then when they don't ring up like the price tag says they don't do anything about it. The cashier called for a price check 4 times before finally getting someone and the line behind me was about 12 people. Slowest pharmacy ever and they make you wait forever to check you out But with so few choices Where do you go they are open til 10 PM which helps
NO STARS! Slowest pharmacy EVER! It took 12 minutes (no lie) to even be asked for my request in the drive thru. Then another 9 minutes to find my prescription when they were the ones who called me to say it was ready. THEN lost my coupon. SMH!
