I order photo products all the time for business and personal needs. However, I learned early on to take the 20 minute drive to the suburban store, where the customer service is excellent. This store always has photo machine problems or reasons why same day pick-up products that are available everywhere else are NOT available there. As a paying customer I should not be followed and watched like a hawk by your security guard. I've been a paying customer since this location opened and I should not be treated this way!
