RecommendedWalgreens pharmacy is terrible at the Collinsville VA store....my mother had surgery and I had to pick up her meds...both times I go...they are not ready. And. Yes. We called to be sure they were and were told they would be ready in .30 minutes. When I pull up to the drive through no one even acknowledged me for 5 minutes. This is terrible customer service. And I am recommending my mother switches to a different pharmacy. This is ridiculous!!!
The personnel there are very professional and friendly to each customer! The Pharmacy personnel are consistent in what they tell you. They will not tell you something different each time you have your medication refilled. I suggest anybody thinking about making a change, try Walgreens and you will be very satisfied!!!!
