the retail store employees are kind but avoid the pharmacy if possible. we only go there after Economy is closed. customer service has reached an all time low. quoted a 10 minutes wait & 45 minutes later it's still not ready then the hippy Asian looking pharmacist argued for several minutes, told me he was hungry & had to pee. drive through takes priority even when you're in the store waiting with a sick crying hungry baby.
Everything about this Walgreens is great.... Unless you're needing to pick up a prescription in the drive thru... Better have a good 45 minutes to an hour to waste sitting in your car!
If you do decide to take your prescriptions to Walgreens here in Muskogee be sure to take a picture of your prescription and be ready to wait for hours and hours before they are ready. This pharmacy has lost two prescriptions of mine in the last two weeks that I dropped off in person at the drive through (which will take 45 minutes at least just to be spoken to at the window!) so please be sure to take pictures of your prescriptions so you have proof you actually had your prescription! They're always slow it doesn't matter what Walgreens you go to, their drive-thrus are always slow even the walk up inside windows can be super slow
Super slow drive thru! Waited 35 min on a Rx that was called in 2 hrs earlier. Not sure the reason but this is always the case every time I use the drive thru.
Always slow in drive thru. Will tell you it will be an hour I come back in an hour and then they tell you another hour. Have moved 3 out of 4 people in my family to another pharmacy.
Super slow in drive thru. Waited for over 45 minutes just to pick my daughters medicine up that was already ready.
The cashier was amazing super friendly. He welcomed us and made sure we found everything alright.
Helpful staff and better prices than the local drug stores and CVS.
